  1. Validity of the conditions of sale

1.1 The owner of the e-shop is WOHOM OÜ (registration code 10532666), located at Saare, Sõreste village Kanepi parish Põlvamaa 63121, Republic of Estonia.

1.2 The Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the purchase of goods and services between the owner of the shopping environment (hereinafter E-shop) located at https://www., WOHOM OÜ (hereinafter Seller) and the customer (hereinafter Customer). 

1.3 By making a purchase on this site, the Customer confirms its acceptance of the following terms and conditions of sale.

1.4 In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relations arising from the purchase of products from the E-shop are governed by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter LOA), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter CPA) and other legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

1.5 WOHOM OÜ reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions of sale. Such changes will be reflected on the website


  1. Price info

2.1 All prices displayed in the E-shop are in Euro and include VAT.

2.2 Prices do not include the costs of delivery or installation.

2.3 The cost of delivery of the goods is specified in the shopping basket when purchasing some goods, but this information may be missing due to the specific nature of the goods. The delivery cost of the goods will be specified and confirmed between the Seller and the Customer when the order is completed. 


  1. Products 

3.1 The products displayed in the e-shop are manufactured or assembled according to the Customer's order in the premises of WOHOM OÜ. The availability of these products shall be guaranteed within reasonable quantities.

3.2 In case it becomes apparent that it is not possible to fulfil the submitted order within the delivery time indicated in the E-shop, the Customer will be contacted and the fastest possible solution will be offered. If the Customer does not agree with the proposed solution, the Customer will be refunded the full purchase amount within 14 calendar days.

3.3 The photographs of the Products displayed in the e-shop are illustrative and may differ slightly from the actual appearance of the Product. Slight variations in colour, detail or mechanism of the products are at the risk of the customer when ordering from the E-shop. 

3.4.Photographs, videos and illustrations of the products displayed in the e-shop are the property of WOHOM OÜ and may not be copied or displayed in other channels without the written permission of WOHOM OÜ.


  1. Terms and conditions

4.1. The Customer assembles the desired product in the E-shop according to the instructions and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking on the "Buy" button.

4.2 To place an Order, the Customer must navigate to the Shopping Cart page, check the suitability of the purchase and click on the "Proceed to payment" button.

4.3. To confirm the order, you must enter the required true data, check their accuracy and click on the "Continue" button. If the information about the delivery of the product is displayed, the Customer selects the appropriate delivery option.

4.4 The Customer confirms the order and pays for the entire order in the payment environments offered by the Seller. The Customer shall check that the products, quantities and prices stated in the order correspond to the Customer's actual requirements before payment.

4.5. You must choose one of the following payment methods to make a purchase:

  • On invoice
  • Pay in bank
  • Esto post-tax
  • Esto 3
  • Inbank instalment

4.6 After the payment of the purchase amount, the E-shop will send the order confirmation to the Customer and the Seller by e-mail. 

4.7 The Seller shall not be liable for the impossibility of fulfilling the order due to incorrect information provided by the Customer or any consequences thereof.


  1. Payment methods

5.1. The Bank's payments are intermediated by Montonio Finance. Payment is made outside the e-shop in a secure environment - in the case of payment by bank transfer in the secure environment of the respective bank and in the case of payment by credit card in the secure environment of Montonio Finance. The contract will enter into force from the date of receipt of the amount due in the e-shop's current account.
Estonian banking: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Visa/Mastercard.
5.2. Esto hire-purchase and Esto 3 (pay in 3 instalments) can be used to pay for the goods.
With Montonio, it is possible to get a hire purchase offer from several creditors with a single application and choose the one that suits you best. To apply for an instalment, select Esto instalment as the payment method, fill in the credit application and, if you wish, sign an agreement with the creditor.
5.3 The owner of the e-shop is the controller of the personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the processor Montonio Finance and Esto AS.


6. Delivery time


6.1 From the moment of ordering the goods and receipt of payment, the Buyer will receive the product in stock within 14 calendar days at the latest. The delivery time depends on whether the product has been ordered with or without finishing. A shorter or longer delivery time is possible by prior agreement. Products not currently in stock have a delivery time of up to 4 weeks from receipt of the transfer.
6.2 After the payment has been credited to WOHOM OÜ's bank account, you will be contacted within 3 working days in order to agree on the time of delivery and receipt of the goods.

7.1 The price does not include transport. When you place an order, you can choose whether you want us to transport the goods or whether you want to collect the goods yourself.

7.2 Products purchased from the e-shop are delivered only within the Republic of Estonia. By agreement also to neighbouring countries.

7.3 Transport of timber constructions and other larger products shall be agreed between the Customer and the Seller.

7.4 The price of the transport service depends on the county to which you wish to order the product. When completing your order, you must indicate the address of the place to which you wish the products ordered from the e-shop to be delivered.

7.5 Within Estonia, the transport service is provided to the customer at the price specified in the shopping basket. In case there is no delivery price in the shopping cart, it will be agreed separately after the order is confirmed. The transport service fee will not be added if the Customer picks up the product from the Seller himself.

7.6 For products ordered by us with transport, the transport vehicle must be provided with unrestricted access to the location for unloading the product. Length: 6800mm; Width: 2180mm; Gross vehicle weight: 3550kg.

7.7 In the event that the product does not reach the Customer in good condition, the Customer is obliged to immediately notify the Seller by sending a letter to this effect, together with photographic material, to the e-mail address

Right of withdrawal


8.1 After receipt of the order, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the E-shop within 14 days if the order has not been prepared in accordance with the Customer's terms and conditions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to an order that is prepared in accordance with the terms and conditions provided by the Customer (LOA § 53 (4) 2 and 3). The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Customer is a legal person.

8.2 In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way as is permitted for testing the goods in a physical shop. If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Seller shall be entitled to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the reduction in the value of the goods. 2.8.2.

8.3. To return the goods, you must submit a withdrawal form and send it to the following e-mail address. at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer, unless the reason for returning the goods is that the goods to be returned do not correspond to the goods ordered (e.g. wrong or defective goods). 

8.4 The Customer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the E-shop shall refund to the Customer without undue delay, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the request for withdrawal, all fees received from the Customer under the Agreement.

8.5 The E-shop may refuse to make a refund until it has received the goods that are the subject of the Agreement or until the Customer has provided proof that it has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. 

8.6 If the Customer withdraws from the order in part, the refund of transport costs will be made in proportion to the amount of the total order returned. 

8.7 The E-shop has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and to demand the return of the goods from the Customer if the price of the goods in the E-shop is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to an error or technical failure.


9. Complaints procedure


9.1 For products sold to private individuals, a 2-year claims period applies. The Seller shall not be liable for the non-conformity of a product with the terms of the contract if the Customer was aware of the non-conformity of the product at the time of the conclusion of the contract. For legal persons, the warranty period is 6 months.

9.2 The E-shop shall be liable for the non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to a private Customer, which was already present at the moment of delivery of the goods and which becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During this first six months after the delivery of the goods to the Customer, the defect shall be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. It shall be the Seller's responsibility to rebut this presumption.

9.3 In the event of non-conformity or defects of the Product, the Customer undertakes to notify the Seller immediately, but not later than within 2 months after the occurrence of the defect, by sending its contact details, a detailed description of the problem and the order number to the e-mail address In the event of a defect in the Product, the use of the Product must be discontinued immediately.

9.4 All complaints will be reviewed and the Customer will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than 15 days after receipt of the complaint.

9.5 The consumer may invoke the remedies provided by law in the event of non-conformity of the goods with the terms of the contract.

9.6 In the event of non-conformity of the Product with the terms of the Contract, the costs related to the repair or replacement of the Product, in particular the costs of transport, postage, labour, travel and materials, shall be borne by the Seller. 

9.7 The Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused by the improper use of the ordered products, as well as for any delay in delivery, if this is due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control and/or due to force majeure beyond the Seller's control. 

8.8 The Seller shall not reimburse the Customer for any expenses incurred by the Customer in the event of non-conformity or defects of the Product and shall not be liable for such expenses if: 

  • the value of the product has decreased or the product has been damaged due to the fault of the Customer, 
  • defects are the result of improper use of the product, including failure to follow the maintenance instructions, 
  • the value of the product has been depreciated due to normal wear and tear, there is no proof of purchase.




10.1 The Seller and the Customer shall be liable to each other for any damage caused to the other party by breach of these Terms and Conditions of Sale in the cases and to the extent provided for by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

10.2 The Seller shall be liable for the sale price of the Product.

10.3 The Client undertakes to use the E-shop service only for purposes that are in accordance with the law and good practices.
