By accessing or using the Online Shop, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The online shop reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time without prior notice to the user and to publish the modified privacy policy on the website. The amended Privacy Policy will be effective for 90 days from the date of its publication and if you continue to use the Website after that time, you accept the amended Privacy Policy. Therefore, we encourage you to review the Privacy Policy page periodically.

How we use data

Personal data is used for the management of customer orders and the delivery of goods.
Purchase history data (date of purchase, goods, quantity, customer details) is used to compile an overview of goods and services purchased, to analyse customer preferences and for the purpose of, among other things, resolving consumer disputes.

If the customer does not wish to receive direct marketing communications, he/she should select the appropriate reference in the footer of the e-mail or contact customer support.

Where personal data is processed for the purposes of direct marketing (profiling), the customer has the right to object at any time to both the initial and further processing of his or her personal data, including profiling in relation to direct marketing, by informing Customer Support by e-mail.

We may also disclose your personal information to (1) comply with any applicable law, regulation, court order or other legal process; (2) enforce any agreements we have with you, including this Privacy Policy; or (3) respond to claims that your use of the Service violates the rights of third parties. If an online store or company is merged or acquired by another company, your information will be one of the assets that is transferred to the new owner.

Data retention

We will retain personal information for 90 days to 18 months after the purchase or for as long as we need it to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, as detailed in this Privacy Policy. We may need to retain certain information for longer periods, for example, for data retention/reporting purposes in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons, such as enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be retained indefinitely.


Depending on the applicable data protection law, you have the right to access and rectify your personal data or request its deletion or to obtain a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to our active processing of your data, to request us to share your personal data with another entity, to withdraw your consent to our processing of your data, to lodge a complaint with a statutory authority and such other rights as may be appropriate under the applicable law.

Access, correction and deletion of personal data

Personal data can be accessed and corrected via the personal data clindito. If the request for access to personal data has been made electronically, the information shall also be provided by commonly used electronic means.


Withdrawal of consent

If the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the customer, the customer has the right to withdraw the consent by informing Customer Support by e-mail.



When the customer deletes personal data requested by the online shop, all data will be deleted, except for personal data (purchase history data) that need to be stored for accounting purposes or for the settlement of consumer disputes. In the case of disputes relating to payments and consumer disputes, personal data will be kept until the claim is settled or the limitation period expires. Personal data contained in the accounting records are kept for 7 years.



You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the data is inaccurate or incomplete or if your personal data is processed unlawfully.



The customer has the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data if he/she has reason to believe that there is no lawful basis for the processing of his/her personal data.



In order to delete personal data, you must contact customer support by e-mail. A reply to the deletion request will be sent within one month at the latest, specifying the period of deletion. The reply to the request will also indicate which personal data will not be deleted and on what legal basis and for what reason.

Security and data access

The security of your data is important to us and we use security measures to prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration of data under our control. Personal data is stored on Zone Media OÜ servers located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission or to a third country company for which a safeguard measure as referred to in Article 46 has been applied.
Access to personal data is granted to the employees of the online shop, who can access personal data in order to resolve technical issues related to the use of the online shop and to provide customer support services.
The online shop implements appropriate physical, organisational and IT security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised access and disclosure.
The transfer of personal data to the online shop's processors (e.g. transport service provider and data aggregator) is based on contracts between the online shop and the processors. The processors are obliged to ensure appropriate safeguards when processing personal data.
