By accessing or using the Online Shop, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The online shop reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time without prior notice to the user and to publish the modified privacy policy on the website. The amended Privacy Policy will be effective for 90 days from the date of its publication and if you continue to use the Website after that time, you accept the amended Privacy Policy. How we use data
Personal data is used for the management of customer orders and the delivery of goods.

Data retention
We will retain personal information for 90 days to 18 months after the purchase or for as long as we need it to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, as detailed in this Privacy Policy. Access, correction and deletion of personal data

Storage
When the customer deletes personal data requested by the online shop, all data will be deleted, except for personal data (purchase history data) that need to be stored for accounting purposes or for the settlement of consumer disputes. In the case of disputes relating to payments and consumer disputes, personal data will be kept until the claim is settled or the limitation period expires. Personal data contained in the accounting records are kept for 7 years.
Restriction
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data if the data is inaccurate or incomplete or if your personal data is processed unlawfully.
Objections
The customer has the right to object to the processing of his/her personal data if he/she has reason to believe that there is no lawful basis for the processing of his/her personal data.
Deletion
In order to delete personal data, you must contact customer support by e-mail. A reply to the deletion request will be sent within one month at the latest, specifying the period of deletion. The reply to the request will also indicate which personal data will not be deleted and on what legal basis and for what reason.

The security of your data is important to us and we use security measures to prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorised alteration of data under our control. Personal data is stored on Zone Media OÜ servers located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission or to a third country company for which a safeguard measure as referred to in Article 46 has been applied.
Access to personal data is granted to the employees of the online shop, who can access personal data in order to resolve technical issues related to the use of the online shop and to provide customer support services.

The transfer of personal data to the online shop's processors (e.g. transport service provider and data aggregator) is based on contracts between the online shop and the processors. The processors are obliged to ensure appropriate safeguards when processing personal data.
